ABOUT US
Jason
I started working as a trainee mechanic at the tender age of 15 on the petrol pumps and MOT station before moving into the workshops at the age of 16 to do my YTS training and college.

I completed my college course at the age of 18 and was given full-time employment at Holland Autos, a well-established garage in Portsmouth.
​
My work spoke for itself as I was soon headhunted by a couple of main car dealers and to further my knowledge I moved to Saint Christophers Garage where I was trained in Volkswagen Audi and Daihatsu.
A few years later I moved to a Proton dealership in old Portsmouth where I worked for six years, but felt it was time to go it alone, so JG AUTOS was born over 21 years ago. As you can see with this experience there is nothing I cannot fix, sort out, or give advice about.

Nathan
Nathan was taken under Jason's wing and trained from the age of 16. He attended college during his training to achieve his city and guilds. After a couple of years went off to greener pastures and worked at other dealerships including light commercial and campervans gaining masses
of experience.
He rejoined Jason and JG AUTOS over 14 years ago continuing his training on Aircon airbags, OBD, and all things Electric/Hybrid, and now has become a major asset to the company
with his valuable knowledge.
